Racing Incident Report

LEGEND OF VELOCITY left the gates awkwardly and threw its head about. On jumping, BLAZING BOB shifted in and made contact with KRISTOFFERSON. On jumping, REFRESHINGLY and WISHES bumped. Just after the start, REFRESHINGLY was awkward on the heels of BEST EVER, then in the early stages proved hard to settle and threw its head around. For some distance near the 600 Metres, DECOUVERT raced tight between BEST EVER which itself was tight inside REFRESHINGLY and KRISTOFFERSON which was endeavouring to shift out. For some distance approaching the 200 Metres, YACHT MASTER endeavoured to improve between REAL WINNER and BORN TO WIN, was unable to find clear running and approaching the 200 Metres was steadied when disappointed for that run. Approaching the winning post, YACHT MASTER was shifted out to try and find running outside BORN TO WIN, in endeavouring to find running made contact with CELEBRATION which was awkward just inside the hindquarters of HIN YUEN'S UNICORN. Over about the last 100 Metres, DOUBLE HAPPINESS did not obtain clear running. In the run to the winning post, WISHES hung in. YACHT MASTER was sent for clinical veterinary examination and testing. After the race, it was reported that DECOUVERT was bleeding from both nostrils.
