Racing Incident Report

KEEP WINNING began awkwardly.
FANTASTIC SHOW began only fairly.
Shortly after the start, AMAZING AGILITY was awkwardly placed outside the heels of GOLD VELVET which shifted out.
Also shortly after the start, EVER LAUGH was crowded for room between GARLIC YEAH and PRESIDENTPARAMOUNT, both of which shifted ground. In this incident, GARLIC YEAH became unbalanced and shifted in further after being bumped on the hindquarters by EVER LAUGH. GARLIC YEAH continued to lay in passing the 1500 Metres as it remained unbalanced.
HEROIC GURU was steadied in the early stages to obtain cover.
Passing the 1400 Metres, PRESIDENTPARAMOUNT and FULL OF CHANCES raced tight inside GOLD VELVET (G van Niekerk) which shifted in. G van Niekerk was advised to exercise more care when shifting ground in similar circumstances.
M Chadwick (PRESIDENTPARAMOUNT) dropped his right rein approaching the 200 Metres.
Close to the finishing line, MY WINNER and GOLD VELVET raced tight.
Throughout the race, FULL OF CHANCES travelled wide and without cover.
A veterinary inspection of FULL OF CHANCES immediately following the race did not show any significant findings.
MY WINNER, ROMANTIC CHEF and SUNNY POWER were sent for sampling.
