Racing Incident Report

1 3 GREEN N WHITE (H186) Shifted out on jumping and was bumped. Between the 350 Metres and the 250 Metres had difficulty obtaining clear running. Sent for sampling post-race.
2 7 MR ASCENDENCY (G227) Sent for sampling post-race.
3 6 DANCING CODE (G365) From a wide barrier was shifted across behind runners in the early stages. Near the 100 Metres raced tight between DROMBEG BANNER and AURORA LADY which shifted in and away from HEALTHY HAPPY.
4 4 CHIU CHOW SPIRIT (H175) Jumped only fairly. From a wide barrier was shifted across behind runners in the early stages. A Badel was warned in relation to using his whip forward of the saddle on two occasions near the 50 Metres.
5 1 HEALTHY HAPPY (D435) Bumped on jumping.
6 5 YOUNG CHAMPION (J195) In the early stages raced ungenerously when being shifted behind TOURBILLON PRINCE to obtain cover. Sent for sampling post-race.
7 2 DROMBEG BANNER (H117) A veterinary inspection immediately following the race did not show any significant findings.
8 9 TOURBILLON PRINCE (H122) Over the concluding stages raced tight between YOUNG CHAMPION and MR ASCENDENCY which shifted out slightly.
9 11 AURORA LADY (J066) After the event, J Melham reported that her mount failed to run out the 1400 Metres of today’s event, particularly in the circumstances where the early stages of the race were run inside of standard time. A veterinary inspection immediately following the race found that horse to have an epiglottic entrapment. <3/2/2025 Additional Veterinary Report>AURORA LADY, which performed disappointingly, was examined by the Veterinary Officer who said at that time the horse was found to have an epiglottic entrapment. AURORA LADY was again examined by the Veterinary Officer at the stables of Trainer P C Ng last Saturday morning. He said at this time he noted the horse to be lame in its left front leg. Before being allowed to race again, AURORA LADY will be subjected to an official veterinary examination.
10 8 OUTGATE (H113) No report.
11 10 ALLCASH (K190) On jumping was crowded between HEALTHY HAPPY and GREEN N WHITE which shifted out.
