Racing Incident Report
KING COBRA jumped awkwardly with its head up. MR HONOUR left the gates poorly and bumped the inside of its stall. On jumping, SPLENDID BO BO was checked when crowded for room between FORTUNE ASSOCIATES which shifted out and AMBITIOUS WINNER which on leaving the gates shifted in abruptly. WINMARK left the gates poorly with its head up. Just after the winning post the first time, SPLENDID BO BO was unbalanced when close to the heels of EXTRAORDINARY. In the early stages, WINMARK, which had drawn a difficult gate, was obliged to race wide and was not able to find any cover. About the 600 Metres, WINNING STAR was steadied when momentarily crowded by CARRY-ON DREAMBOAT which got its head on the side and shifted in away from SPLENDID BO BO. Just after this, CARRY-ON DREAMBOAT got its head up when awkward just inside the heels of SPLENDID BO BO.
