Racing Incident Report
Before being presented in the Parade Ring, AQUA PRINCE had its off side front plate refitted. TELECOM TWIN jumped very awkwardly and threw its head about. When the gates opened, AQUA PRINCE bounded in the air, then just after the start proved difficult to settle and threw its head around. ELEGANCE jumped awkwardly and bumped the outside of its gate, then for a short distance just after the start raced awkwardly between DRAGON FORTUNE and FAT CHOY TOGETHER. In the early stages, ELEGANCE proved difficult to settle and had a tendency to race with its head up, then in the early part of the Straight shifted out. Turning out of the Straight the first time, NATURE'S TREASURE and HOLE IN ONE raced tight between METRO TRAVELLER which shifted out slightly and DRAGON FORTUNE. In the early stages, HOLE IN ONE raced awkwardly with its head up and had a tendency to lay out. About the 300 Metres, METRO TRAVELLER was steadied when crowded for room between DRAGON WIN and INVINCIBLE GENERAL which shifted in. DRAGON WIN, which was giving ground rather quickly, was also steadied when crowded.
