Racing Incident Report
After arriving at the Start, MEDIC CORPS had an adjustment made to its tongue tie. LUCKY COMBINATION left the gates very awkwardly, shifted out abruptly and bumped AMBITIOUS TYCOON which in turn shifted ground, made contact with ALWAYS WIN, causing that horse to shift out and bump the hindquarters of EVER SUCCESS. HOROSCOPE was slowly away. TOY QUEST jumped very awkwardly, bumped the inside of its stall and as a consequence got well back. CORAJOSO made the turn near the 800 Metres awkwardly and hung out onto the heels of MY CHIEF. In the early part of the Straight, both LUCKY COMBINATION and HOROSCOPE had some difficulty obtaining clear running. Just after the 200 Metres, MY CHIEF was momentarily awkward between the hindquarters of ROMANTIC SYMPHONY and CORAJOSO which had a tendency to shift in. NOBLE FALCON was sent for a clinical veterinary examination and sampling. After the race, NOBLE FALCON was examined by the Veterinary Officer who was unable to detect any abnormalities. MEDIC CORPS and LUCKY COMBINATION were sent for sampling.
