Racing Incident Report
On jumping, MY CHOICE was taken across behind runners. In the early and middle stages, EGYPTIAN RA proved difficult to settle. Shortly after straightening, MY CHOICE was steadied when having difficulty obtaining clear running inside EGYPTIAN RA. After the 400 Metres, GOODY, which was having difficulty obtaining clear running, was steadied and shifted to the outside of TIBER. Over the concluding stages, TIBER hung out. Apprentice C W Wong (SILVER SUN) reported his saddle shifted forward after the 1200 Metres. G Mossé (SURVEY SURVEY) was unable to offer an explanation for the poor performance of the horse. He said SURVEY SURVEY travelled satisfactorily, on straightening he shifted out into clear running, however, SURVEY SURVEY failed to finish the race off as anticipated. SURVEY SURVEY was sent for an official veterinary inspection and sampling. A veterinary inspection of SURVEY SURVEY after the race did not show any significant findings. EGYPTIAN RA and GOODY were sent for sampling.
