Racing Incident Report

SEERITE DRAGON began awkwardly and then bumped the hindquarters of TRAVEL FIRST as a result of both horses shifting ground. This resulted in SEERITE DRAGON and TRAVEL FIRST becoming unbalanced.
GAYSON got its head up on jumping when being steadied to obtain cover.
CLEMENT LEGEND shifted in at the start and bumped ACCLAIMED LIGHT. After this, from wide barriers, both CLEMENT LEGEND and ACCLAIMED LIGHT were steadied to obtain cover.
PARTY TOGETHER travelled wide and without cover until passing the 1300 Metres at which stage MORE THAN A HORSE was left racing wide and without cover.
Approaching the 1000 Metres, TRAVEL FIRST momentarily raced in restricted room inside GOD OF DRAGON which lay in despite the efforts of its rider.
Rounding the Home Turn, WINNING DELIGHT and TASHIDELEK raced tight.
After initially being directed to the outside of PARTY TOGETHER, WINNING DELIGHT was awkwardly placed behind that horse approaching the 250 Metres and then improved into tight running between PARTY TOGETHER and GIANT TURTLE approaching the 200 Metres.
Passing the 200 Metres, TRAVEL FIRST was crowded for room inside MAGNETISM which, when improving into tight running inside GIANT TURTLE, was tightened by that horse which was taken in by WINNING DELIGHT (M Chadwick) which shifted in. M Chadwick was advised that whilst there were a number of circumstances to this incident, nonetheless he was told to ensure that he makes every effort to prevent his mounts from shifting ground in similar circumstances.
Near the 100 Metres, GIANT TURTLE was shifted out away from MAGNETISM and was consequently checked away from the heels of PARTY TOGETHER.
A veterinary inspection of CLEMENT LEGEND immediately following the race did not show any significant findings, however, the horse was unable to be scoped due to being fractious.
A veterinary inspection of ACCLAIMED LIGHT immediately following the race did not show any significant findings.
TASHIDELEK, WINNING DELIGHT and MORE THAN A HORSE were sent for sampling.
