Racing Incident Report

Pla. Horse No. Horse Incident
1 9 ALL ARE MINE (H293) After passing the 400 Metres was shifted out several horses to obtain clear running inside the 300 Metres and in doing so was not sufficiently clear of SETANTA which was steadied. A Badel was reprimanded and advised to exercise more care when shifting ground. Sent for sampling post-race.
2 10 FORTUNE KINGO (K457) Near the 500 Metres was bumped by HAPPY BUDDIES which shifted out to improve. Raced very wide and without cover for the majority of the event. Sent for sampling post-race.
3 7 I EXCELLE (K502) C Y Ho reported that from his outside barrier his instructions were to ride the horse back in the field. Trainer P C Ng confirmed the instructions issued.
4 1 AMAZING DUCK (H392) Sent for sampling post-race.
5 14 MANYTHANKS FOREVER (J065) No report.
6 12 SPECIAL HEDGE (H354) Slow to begin.
7 2 CIRCUIT MARSHAL (K526) Slow to begin. Near the 600 Metres got unbalanced when being restrained off the heels of ALL ARE MINE.
8 11 SETANTA (G095) Was steadied near the 250 Metres to avoid the heels of ALL ARE MINE which shifted out.
9 8 MULTISUPERSTAR (L163) Raced wide and without cover for the majority of the event.
10 13 HAPPY BUDDIES (K344) Shifted out to improve near the 500 Metres and bumped FORTUNE KINGO. L Hewitson reported that the instructions were to ride his mount in a forward position, however, HAPPY BUDDIES jumped awkwardly and lost ground.
11 4 SUPER SICARIO (K306) Had a tendency to over-race in the early stages.
12 5 THE CONCENTRATION (H465) Over-raced in the early and middle stages. A veterinary inspection immediately following the race did not show any significant findings.
13 6 GENERAL SMART (K138) For the major part of the Home Straight failed to obtain clear running and over the concluding stages was not able to be tested to the finish of the race. A veterinary inspection immediately following the race did not show any significant findings.
14 3 PEARL OF PANG'S (J447) After the 300 Metres failed to obtain clear running until near the 100 Metres. A veterinary inspection immediately following the race did not show any significant findings.
