Racing Incident Report

DEPOSER was difficult to load. Before being allowed to race again, DEPOSER will be required to perform satisfactorily in a stalls test. WINNING APEX was slow to begin. Passing the 1200 Metres, WINNING APEX got its head up and lost ground when momentarily crowded for room inside DANZULU which got its head on the side and shifted in marginally. As the Stewards were of the view that there was no rider error involved in this incident, no further action was taken. After this, WINNING APEX proved difficult to settle. Making the turn after the 900 Metres, PERCY JACKSON shifted out and was awkwardly placed close to the heels of ELEGANCE KLAMMER. In the middle stages and again rounding the Home Turn, DEPOSER got its head on the side and lay out. Near the 350 Metres, PERCY JACKSON was shifted to the outside of SHIFACHI TRADITION when disappointed for running between that horse and DANZULU. Near the 100 Metres, SUPER BOBO and BLESSING bumped. Close to the finishing line, ELEGANCE KLAMMER was crowded for room between PERCY JACKSON and DANZULU which shifted out and away from CLASSIC JEWELLERY. Throughout the race, SHIFACHI TRADITION travelled wide and without cover. A veterinary inspection of WINNING APEX after the race did not show any significant findings. JIMSON THE BEST and CLASSIC JEWELLERY were sent for sampling.
