Racing Incident Report

REGENCY LEGEND shifted out at the start and bumped JOLLY BANNER which in turn shifted out and bumped the hindquarters of BIG TIME BABY which became unbalanced.
Passing the 600 Metres, THANKS FOREVER was shifted in away from the heels of BIG TIME BABY.
Passing the 400 Metres, REGENCY LEGEND got its head on the side and shifted in away from JOLLY BANNER.
Approaching the 300 Metres, THANKS FOREVER got its head on the side and lay in under pressure.
A veterinary inspection of REGENCY LEGEND immediately following the race including an endoscopic examination showed a substantial amount of blood in the horse's trachea. Before being allowed to race again, REGENCY LEGEND will be subjected to an official veterinary examination.
THANKS FOREVER, BIG PARTY and BIG TIME BABY were sent for sampling.
