1 2 FLOW WATER FLOW (K562) Near the 350 Metres was hampered when taken wider by MAZING GRACE which shifted out. Sent for sampling post-race.
2 5 THE GOLDEN KNIGHT (K341) Bumped on jumping. Near the 500 Metres was steadied to avoid ACE when racing keenly. Approaching the 200 Metres was held up for clear running. Passing the 200 Metres was shifted to the outside of AMAZING GAZE to obtain clear running. Sent for sampling post-race.

4 7 RELIABLE DAD (L006) No report.
5 8 SMART FAT CAT (K280) Jumped only fairly. Briefly held up approaching the 400 Metres.

11 14 NINJA DERBY (H339) L Hewitson stated that, in his opinion, the horse did not appreciate the step-up to Class 4. A veterinary inspection immediately following the race did not show any significant findings.
12 9 KYRUS TREASURE (K300) C L Chau stated that after settling back in the field his mount found it difficult to make up ground in the Home Straight, particularly with the early stages being run outside of standard time. A veterinary inspection immediately following the race did not show any significant findings.
13 6 BLOSSOMY (L037) Bumped on jumping.
14 10 STAR ELEGANCE (K536) Raced wide and without cover for the majority of the event. K C Leung reported that he was instructed to go forward with the horse stepping up in distance and that it races in a one-paced manner. Trainer D J Whyte confirmed the instructions issued. A veterinary inspection immediately following the race did not show any significant findings.
