6 3 SING DRAGON (J141) M Chadwick reported that his mount was required to do too much work in the early stages to take up a forward position and as a result continued to over-race and subsequently failed to finish the race off. A veterinary inspection immediately following the race did not show any significant findings.
7 5 AWESOME FLUKE (J050) Despite the efforts of its rider in the early stages was unable to show sufficient pace to take up a more forward position. Raced wide and without cover from the 1100 Metres.
8 1 CHANCHENG GLORY (H212) C L Chau could not offer any real excuse for the horse’s performance other than CHANCHENG GLORY was having its first start on the All Weather surface today. A veterinary inspection immediately following the race did not show any significant findings. The performance of CHANCHENG GLORY, which finished tailed out, was considered unacceptable. Before being allowed to race again, CHANCHENG GLORY will be required to perform to the satisfaction of the Stewards in a barrier trial and be subjected to an official veterinary examination.
