Racing Incident Report

TOP STITCH, which was fractious in the stalls, sat back as the gates opened and as a consequence was slow to begin. SUPREME DRAGON began awkwardly and was then bumped by AIPODER IMAGE. Approaching the winning post, WASABISABI got its head on the side and shifted out. For the major part of the race, LUCKY RED hung in. W M Lai (LUCKY RED) was reminded of his responsibility to ride his mounts out to the end of the race. TOP STITCH was sent for an official veterinary inspection. A veterinary inspection of TOP STITCH after the race did not show any significant findings. YOUNG LABEL and WASABISABI were sent for sampling.
