| 1 | HAMERON (H265) | Over the concluding stages was brushed by SAMARKAND. |
| 4 | EIGHTEEN PALMS (H033) | No report. |
| 9 | IVY LEAGUE (H116) | After the race, K De Melo advised that he was instructed from a wide barrier to ride his mount conservatively in the early stages. Trainer D J Whyte confirmed the instructions issued. |
| 2 | SO WE JOY (D082) | Shifted out at the start and was bumped. Over the final 100 Metres was held up behind SAMARKAND and to the inside of HAMERON and as a result could not be ridden out to the finish. |
| 5 | JUNE PLANET (H080) | After the race, K Teetan reported that his mount jumped only fairly and settled further back in the field than what was intended. He said due to the pace of the event being run outside of standard time in the early stages, JUNE PLANET failed to make up any appreciable ground in the Home Straight. A veterinary inspection immediately following the race revealed that the horse was displaying an irregular heart rhythm. Before being allowed to race again, JUNE PLANET will be required to perform satisfactorily in a barrier trial and be subjected to an official veterinary examination.. |
| 11 | GLORIOUS JOURNEY (J137) | After the race, M Chadwick stated that from a wide barrier he was instructed to obtain cover and ride his mount in a conservative manner in the early stages. He stated that due to the pace of the event being run outside of standard time GLORIOUS JOURNEY raced keenly in the early and middle stages. |
| 7 | AMAZING DUCK (H392) | Crowded at the start. |
| 10 | AESTHETICISM (H289) | From a wide barrier was shifted across behind runners in the early stages. |
| 3 | GRATEFUL HEART (D278) | Leaving the 400 Metres was shifted to the outside of EIGHTEEN PALMS when that runner shifted in slightly. Then had some difficulty obtaining clear running after the 300 Metres when positioned behind LOVERO. A veterinary inspection immediately following the race did not show any significant findings. |
| 12 | SOLAR GOGO (H390) | Jumped only fairly and then was steadied shortly after the start when crowded between HAMERON and AMAZING DUCK which was taken out by SO WE JOY. |
