Racing Incident Report

1 12 TEAM HAPPY (J218) Shortly after the start shifted out and became unbalanced when it made contact with FLASH STAR. Raced wide and without cover until near the 600 Metres. Over the concluding stages K Teetan dropped his right rein. Sent for sampling post-race.
2 11 VON BAER (K198) From the outside barrier was shifted across behind runners in the early stages. Sent for sampling post-race.
3 5 AUTUMN VIBES (K150) Jumped awkwardly. Was left racing wide and without cover from the 600 Metres.
4 10 TELECOM POWER (J332) Sent for sampling post-race.
5 6 ALWAYS FLUKE (H252) Approaching the 100 Metres was eased and shifted to the inside of TEAM HAPPY to continue into clear running.
6 2 MARVEL AND GOLD (K109) No report.
7 7 NOBLE FANS (K038) No report.
8 4 STORMY KNIGHT (L062) Approaching the 50 Metres was hampered when taken in by ALWAYS FLUKE.
9 3 FORTUNE SUPERNOVA (K287) After travelling a short distance was crowded between NOBLE FANS and STORMY KNIGHT which shifted out. Over the final 150 Metres had difficulty obtaining clear running and as a result could not be fully tested to the finish.
10 9 DASH (K250) K C Leung stated that the intention was to hold a handy position with cover. He said when caught wide in the early stages he was obliged to continue forward to cross runners to his inside which resulted in DASH leading the event.
11 8 SOLAR RIVER (J308) Leaving the 900 Metres commenced to race keenly when being steadied to allow DASH to cross. Approaching the 50 Metres was steadied when crowded between DASH and STORMY KNIGHT which was taken in by ALWAYS FLUKE (C Y Ho) which was directed to the inside of TEAM HAPPY. C Y Ho was reprimanded. A veterinary inspection immediately following the race did not show any significant findings.
12 1 FLASH STAR (K431) Shortly after the start was bumped and became unbalanced. R Kingscote stated that from a wide barrier he was instructed to go forward as connections were of the opinion there was not significant pace engaged in the race. He added that when placed under pressure in the Home Straight his mount failed to respond and gave ground. A veterinary inspection immediately following the race did not show any significant findings.
