Racing Incident Report

HAVA NAGEELA was unable to improve its position from the 500 Metres when held up for clear running until near the 200 Metres.
PRIME MINISTER was held up for a short distance in the early part of the Home Straight.
SPIRITED EXPRESS raced wide and without cover throughout the race.
After the race, M Chadwick (ALL FOR ST PAUL’S) reported that his mount was not suited when being challenged for the lead in the early and middle stages by MEANINGFUL STAR. A veterinary inspection of ALL FOR ST PAUL’S immediately following the race did not show any significant findings.
A veterinary inspection of TURIN REDSUN immediately following the race which included an endoscopic examination showed a substantial amount of blood in the horse’s trachea. Before being allowed to race again, TURIN REDSUN will be subjected to an official veterinary examination.
SUPER SUNNY SING and SPIRITED EXPRESS were sent for sampling.
