Racing Incident Report
When the gates opened, PACKING ANGEL, which was standing badly, bounded in the air and as a consequence lost considerable ground. OPTIC FRIENDLY and MASCOT TREASURE were slow to begin. ONE MORE ROUND, which was ridden in a rearward position today, proved difficult to settle in the early and middle stages. For some distance after the 300 Metres, MULTIWINNING was held up when unable to obtain clear running between OLYMPIC GOLD and KEEN MARSHAL. MULTIWINNING obtained clear running approaching the 200 Metres. For some distance after the 200 Metres, ONE MORE ROUND was unable to obtain clear running behind ENTERTAINING and to the inside of OLYMPIC GOLD, both of which were giving ground. Also after the 200 Metres, PACKING ANGEL had difficulty obtaining clear running for some distance on the inside of ENTERTAINING and outside NASA PEARL, both of which were giving ground. BEAR SUPREMO and MULTIWINNING were sent for sampling.
