Racing Incident Report

BALL OF FIRE began awkwardly, shifted out and bumped the hindquarters of GANBARIA which as a result became unbalanced. JADE DANCER began awkwardly. LUCKY TRIO was a little slow to begin and was then steadied when tightened for room between AWESOME EAGLE and LUMINOUS. Near the 1100 Metres, DR HAENSLER got its head up when being taken back to a position behind runners. Making the turn after the 800 Metres, LUCKY TRIO hung out and shifted wider on the track, then in the Straight gave ground and finished tailed out. The performance of LUCKY TRIO was considered unacceptable. Before being allowed to race again, LUCKY TRIO will have to perform competitively in an official barrier trial around a bend and be subjected to an official veterinary examination. After the 600 Metres, STAR PRODIGY was awkwardly placed inside the heels of FLYING DAGGER. Prior to straightening, RACING SPIRIT was steadied when momentarily awkwardly placed between LUMINOUS and STAR PRODIGY. JADE DANCER, which was following RACING SPIRIT, was steadied in consequence. At the 400 Metres, BALL OF FIRE, which was having difficulty obtaining clear running, was checked and shifted to the inside of VICTORY CHARIOT. For some distance after the 400 Metres, GANBARIA was held up and unable to obtain clear running between SPEED FIGHTER and FLYING DAGGER. At the 300 Metres, JADE DANCER was steadied and shifted out in an endeavour to find clear running, then near the 200 Metres was again steadied when close to the heels of AWESOME EAGLE. After this, JADE DANCER was shifted to the inside of RACING SPIRIT to obtain clear running. LUMINOUS and FLYING DAGGER were sent for sampling.
