3 7 STORMING DRAGON (J237) A Badel B/TT Dropped back to race in second half of the field, pushed along 550M and brought wide for home, closed off nicely to go 3rd last stride.
4 2 CHATEAUNEUF (J219) L Ferraris B/TT Jumped fairly from draw 1, moved up to chase leaders, had every chance turning home, couldn't sprint as well as first 2 final 200M and just lost out 3rd place in a photo finish.
5 9 SKY CAP (K125) J Moreira TT From draw 10 sent forward vying for early lead, emerged as clear leader going into home turn, kept going well in the straight, headed nearing 150M before fading to finish 5th.
6 1 ALL OUT FOR SIX (L193) E Brown -- Up with leaders early stages before settling down in a trailing position just off the pace, kept on one paced under top weight on straightening, always held by leaders.
7 4 A AMERIC TE SPECSO (H037) B Avdulla B Jumped fairly, ended up racing in a rearward spot 6-7Ls off leader, ran on moderately in the straight but not able to trouble leaders.
8 11 GRIT SPIRIT (L116) M Chadwick XB/TT Dropped back to last on jumping from wide draw, saved ground on the inside but still had plenty to do 400M, failed to run on.
9 12 SUNNY DA BEST (J118) H Bentley TT Jumped only fairly, settled towards the rear 8-9Ls back, swung widest into straight before running on mildly to line. No threat to leaders.
10 5 KING MILES (J158) P N Wong B/TT Blundered badly on jumping with jockey becoming unbalanced and the horse losing ground, settled near rear throughout and couldn't go on turning into the straight.
11 10 BLUE ILLUSION (K468) M F Poon B/TT Chased leading group in the 6th spot, couldn't keep up after straightening, tired final 200M.
12 8 TELECOM FIGHTERS (D482) H T Mo -- Chased leaders, obliged to race wide no cover throughout in a fast run race, left without a finishing effort in the home straight, weakened badly final 200M to finish last.
