1 12 AMAZING RUN (H401) Jumped awkwardly and then from a wide barrier was shifted across behind runners in the early stages. Sent for sampling post-race.
2 3 FIGHTING MACHINE (J015) Sent for sampling post-race.
3 5 AMAZING DUCK (H392) No report.
4 11 FORERUNNER (G465) Raced very wide and without cover for the majority of the event.
5 4 HIGHLAND RAHY (J298) On jumping was bumped and became unbalanced. After the event, C Y Ho reported that on jumping his mount shifted out abruptly when it appeared to shy away from the starting rostrum.
6 1 JUMBO LEGEND (G266) Blundered on jumping and then was steadied when crowded between CIRCUIT FIERY and HIGHLAND RAHY which shifted out abruptly. Approaching the 200 Metres was shifted to the inside of CALIFORNIA MOXIE to continue into clear running. For some distance near the 100 Metres improved into a narrow run between CALIFORNIA MOXIE and HIGHLAND RAHY and as a result made contact with CALIFORNIA MOXIE.
7 6 CALIFORNIA MOXIE (J131) Bumped after the 100 Metres.
8 2 RED ACLAIM (J017) A Hamelin was fined the sum of $2,000 for failing to present himself in the Parade Ring by the required time.
9 8 BEAUTIFUL WIN (J250) K De Melo was fined the sum of $2,000 for failing to present himself in the Parade Ring by the required time. From a wide barrier was shifted across behind runners in the early stages. Held up for clear running from the 450 Metres to the 300 Metres.
10 10 CIRCUIT FIERY (H475) A veterinary inspection immediately following the race did not show any significant findings.
11 9 CHARITY FOR ALL (H417) Raced wide and without cover for the majority of the event. A veterinary inspection immediately following the race did not show any significant findings.
12 7 STAR LINE (J110) Jumped awkwardly, was bumped on the hindquarters and became unbalanced.
13 13 CALL ME SUPREME (J202) After the event, K Teetan stated that whilst his mount may appreciate being stepped up in distance, it did not respond to his riding when placed under pressure in the Home Straight. Trainer C W Chang stated that the only explanation he could offer was that CALL ME SUPREME may not have appreciated the "Good to Yielding” track conditions, but nevertheless he was disappointed with the performance. A veterinary inspection immediately following the race did not show any significant findings. The performance of CALL ME SUPREME was considered to be disappointing as compared to its recent starts. Before being allowed to race again, CALL ME SUPREME will be required to perform to the satisfaction of the Stewards in a barrier trial and be subjected to an official veterinary examination.
