Racing Incident Report
COLOURFUL ERA and DANRIVA were slow to begin. KOWLOON STAR began awkwardly. For some distance after the 1200 Metres, KEEP ON EASY raced tight inside TOWN OF FIONN. Near the 1000 Metres, KEEP ON EASY and TOWN OF FIONN, which were proving difficult to settle, got their heads up when being steadied away from the heels of KOWLOON STAR and CHAMP DRAGON which after crossing to the lead together then steadied the pace. AGILITY, which was following, was hampered as a consequence. In the circumstances, no action was taken. Near the 300 Metres, KEEP ON EASY was steadied when disappointed for running inside KOWLOON STAR. At the 200 Metres, BETTER BOY became unbalanced when being steadied away from the heels of HEALTHY FRUITS which shifted out. BETTER BOY and KEEP ON EASY was sent for a clinical veterinary examination. A veterinary examination of BETTER BOY and KEEP ON EASY after the race did not reveal any abnormalities. AGILITY and TOWN OF FIONN were sent for sampling.
