6 1 SON PAK FU (G265) After the 100 Metres raced in restricted room between BEAUTY CHARGE and GORGEOUS WIN which shifted in. After the race, H Bowman reported that it was not his intention to go forward, but after SON PAK FU commenced well, he attempted to take advantage of the good start. He said when DUKE WAI and WE ARE HERO held their positions to his inside, SON PAK FU was obliged to race wide and without cover for the majority of the event.
7 10 APACHE PASS (D433) Jumped only fairly.
8 2 BUNDLE OF CHARM (G213) From the outside barrier was shifted across behind runners in the early stages.
9 4 DUKE WAI (C188) After the 100 Metres was awkwardly placed on the heels of SON PAK FU and shifted to that runner’s outside, but then raced in restricted room between SON PAK FU and APACHE PASS and as a result could not be ridden out to the finish of the event.
10 7 WE ARE HERO (G207) No report.
11 6 SEASONS WIT (H223) Jumped awkwardly and then raced tight shortly after the start. Approaching the 700 Metres got its head up when racing keenly and being steadied away from BEAUTY CHARGE.
WV 9 REWARD SMILE (H256) Withdrawn on raceday morning by order of the Stewards acting on veterinary advice (lame left hind). Before being allowed to race again, REWARD SMILE will be subjected to an official veterinary examination.
