Racing Incident Report
SMART KING and SOUTHERN LIGHT were slow to begin. On jumping, PREMIER SPEED was bumped by SWISS LAD which was taken out by SING AND DRINK. Also on jumping, RED WINNER, BRILLIANT and DYNAMIC COMBO were crowded for room by HAPPY KID which shifted out. In the early stages, SING AND DRINK proved difficult to settle. At the 900 Metres, HAPPY KID, which was proving difficult to settle, got its head up and lost ground when awkwardly placed between PREMIER SPEED and FOR YOUR EYES ONLY. Making the turn at the 800 Metres, SOUTHERN LIGHT got its head up when close to the heels of SWISS LAD. Making the Home Turn, DYNAMIC COMBO hung out. This caused WHATA FEELING to be carried wider. Over the final 200 Metres, BRILLIANT hung in. In the Straight, LIGHTING THE WORLD hung in. SING AND DRINK and BEARCAT were sent for sampling.
