6 J392  CARRYON SMILING  20/10/2024   114  CARRYON SMILING (J392) had its right hind plate refitted in the saddling stalls, was examined by the vet and passed suitable to race. From the outside barrier was shifted across behind runners in the early stages - Race 114.

8 J454  PACKING ANGEL  14/07/2024   825  PACKING ANGEL (J454) near the 850M was steadied when momentarily crowded. When questioned regarding his riding in the Home Straight, rider stated that after following a runner, his intention was to shift to that runner’s outside to secure clear running. He said as he endeavoured to do so near the 350M, his mount lay in and was reluctant to shift out due to another runner being positioned to his outside. He added as a result he then looked to improve to the inside of aforementioned runner, but when that runner shifted in, his mount then became held up behind that runner until after the 250M - Race 825.

11 J134  SOLAR UP  06/10/2024   79  SOLAR UP (J134) after passing the 900M was placed in restricted room for a short distance inside a runner. Bumped with another runner approaching the winning post. Noted to have lost its left front plate after the race - Race 079.
12 J087  SPICY SPANGLE  20/10/2024   114  SPICY SPANGLE (J087) after the event, rider stated that the instructions were not to specifically lead, but after commencing well his mount was able to improve to the front without being pressured to do so. He said in the early stages when his mount was travelling comfortably he allowed it to continue to stride forward rather than breaking its momentum as it was travelling in a comfortable rhythm - Race 114.

Performance compared to its previous starts was considered to be disappointing. Has since performed to the satisfaction of the Stewards in a barrier trial and passed an official vet exam - Race 090.
