Rider reported that under its top weight of 135 lbs his mount did not run out the 1400M of the race. Post-race vet inspection did not show any significant findings - Race 293.
2 K496  BIGTIME GENERATION  25/01/2026   380  BIGTIME GENERATION (K496) shifted out at the start and was bumped. Approaching the 300M was bumped and became unbalanced. Rider stated that when he had some concerns that there was something amiss with his mount in the Home Straight he did not ride it out to the finish when not in a competitive position. Representative of Trainer stated that the horse had pleased the stable leading into today’s race and other than the horse racing keenly he could offer no excuse for its disappointing performance. Post-race vet inspection did not show any significant findings. Finished tailed out and performance was considered unacceptable. Has since performed to the satisfaction of the Stewards in a barrier trial and passed an official vet exam - Race 380.

Following the race was found that horse to be a “roarer” which had previously been reported - Race 355.
