Approaching the 300M was disappointed for clear running to the inside of a runner. Approaching the 150M was steadied to avoid that runner. Prior to declaring weighed-in the Stewards gave consideration if there were grounds for a protest/objection on behalf of the horse against the 2nd placegetter being declared 2nd placegetter due to incidents that occurred approaching the 300M and approaching the 150M. When the Stewards were satisfied there were not sufficient grounds having regard to the margin of 1 ¼ lengths between the two horses at the finish weighed-in was declared on the numbers semaphored by the Judge - Race 621.

Racing manners were considered unacceptable. Has since performed satisfactorily in a barrier trial around a bend in Hong Kong. Post-race vet inspection did not show any significant findings - Race 615.
