He said in the early stages his mount got its head up when being steadied to allow a runner to cross but then in the middle stages hung out making the turns and as a result ran wide. Trainer confirmed the instructions issued. Post-race vet inspection did not show any significant findings. Finished tailed out and racing manners and performance were considered unacceptable. Has since performed to the satisfaction of the Stewards in a barrier trial and passed an official vet exam - Race 738.

10 K372  ROMANTIC PARTY  13/07/2025   834  ROMANTIC PARTY (K372) near the 250M was bumped, resulting in its rider having to correct his mount. After the event rider stated that with blinkers being applied for the first time he was instructed to go forward on the horse - Race 834.

12 J545  HAPPY BOYS  09/07/2025   822  HAPPY BOYS (J545) from the outside barrier was shifted across behind runners in the early stages. Held up for clear running making the Home Turn. Approaching the 300M was then steadied when disappointed for clear running. As a result the horse was held up for clear running between the 300M and the 150M - Race 822.

1 H134  LEAN MASTER  09/07/2025   822  LEAN MASTER (H134) after the event rider advised that the intention was to take up a position with cover. He said when he was complying with the instructions in the early stages his mount raced keenly and near the 600M was steadied, resulting in his mount shifting out and racing wide and without cover thereafter. Trainer confirmed the instructions and said he issued those instructions as the horse does not show sufficient pace over 1000M to go forward and lead. Post-race vet inspection did not show any significant findings - Race 822.
2 K113  INNO CENTURY  10/05/2025   663  INNO CENTURY (K113) after the event rider stated that the intention was to obtain cover. He said when the early and middle stages were run outside of standard time his mount was positioned outside the lead without cover. He added with his mount stepping up to 1400M it was then left without a finishing effort in the Home Straight which he attributed to the horse not being able to obtain cover. Post-race vet inspection did not show any significant findings - Race 663.
