3 4 A AMERIC TE SPECSO (H037) Jumped only fairly and was then crowded by WINGS OF WAR which shifted out.

5 2 WINGS OF WAR (H162) Between the 250 Metres and the 200 Metres raced tight between MEGA BONUS and KA YING CHEER which shifted out. Sent for sampling post-race.

8 12 EXUBERANT (E282) Shortly after the start was steadied when crowded between OUR LUCKY GLORY and KA YING CHEER, both of which shifted ground. Raced wide and without cover in the middle stages. Over the final 100 Metres lay in and proved difficult to ride out to the finish of the event.
9 3 JOYFUL HUNTER (H198) Jumped only fairly. After the race, C Y Ho reported that his mount resented the kickback during the running of the event and would derive benefit from tonight’s performance. A veterinary inspection immediately following the race found that horse to be a "roarer”.

12 7 MEGA BONUS (E184) After the race, L Ferraris stated that from the outside barrier and his mount up in grade tonight, it did not travel well during the event and was left without a finishing effort in the Home Straight. A veterinary inspection immediately following the race which included an endoscopic examination showed a substantial amount of blood in the horse’s trachea. Before being allowed to race again, MEGA BONUS will be subjected to an official veterinary examination.
