Racing Incident Report
BEST NOODLE was withdrawn on 22.9.10 by order of the Stewards acting on veterinary advice (lame right fore). Before being allowed to race again, BEST NOODLE will be subjected to an official veterinary examination. CLASSIC REUNION was slow to begin. Approaching the winning post on the first occasion, MASTER DREAMER got its head up and became unbalanced on a number of occasions when being steadied. At the entrance to the Straight, Apprentice T H So (DASH AHEAD) dropped his right rein. Throughout the race, SOMETHING SPECIAL travelled wide and without cover. B Prebble (ABLE DRAGON) was fined $3,000 for improper use of the whip in that he raised weal marks over the horse’s right flank. HO WONGCHOY and RECORD HIGH were sent for sampling.
