Racing Incident Report

On arrival at the barriers, the tongue tie fitted to FASTPLUS MASTER was replaced.
JUST GOOD began awkwardly.
GRACYTOM was crowded for room at the start between TAKE THE RAP and HAPPY FRIENDS, both of which shifted ground.
LINKED WIN and FASTPLUS MASTER were crowded for room at the start between CHARMGOLD which began awkwardly after leaning on the outside of its stall and HAIR BEAUTY which shifted in abruptly. After this, CHARMGOLD was ridden along to obtain a forward position, however, failed to muster speed.
After crossing to the lead after the 1100 Metres, K-MOOCHI proved very difficult to settle. K-MOOCHI continued to prove very difficult to settle and after the 800 Metres got its head on the side and hung out. K-MOOCHI continued to hang out and race ungenerously until after entering the Home Straight. The racing manners of K-MOOCHI were considered unacceptable. Before being allowed to race again, K-MOOCHI will be required to perform satisfactorily in an official barrier trial around a bend.
Passing the 900 Metres, CREATIVE UNION commenced to over-race and shifted out when awkwardly placed close to the heels of GRACYTOM, resulting in TELECOM TOP STAR being bumped and taken wider.
At the entrance to the Straight, HAPPY FRIENDS and PAR EXCELLENCE bumped when momentarily tightened inside K-MOOCHI which shifted in when continuing to race ungenerously.
CREATIVE UNION, which was held up for clear running in the early part of the Straight, shifted to the outside of GRACYTOM to obtain clear running approaching the 300 Metres and in doing so bumped TELECOM TOP STAR.
After the 200 Metres, H W Lai’s riding out of TELECOM TOP STAR was impeded when his whip became caught behind the left arm of R Fourie (CREATIVE UNION).
After the 100 Metres, CREATIVE UNION raced in restricted room between TELECOM TOP STAR and GRACYTOM.
Over the concluding stages, FASTPLUS MASTER was held up for clear running behind PAR EXCELLENCE.
GENERAL DANROAD, K-MOOCHI and JUST GOOD were sent for sampling.
