Racing Incident Report
LUCKY BONUS was withdrawn on 29.6.13 by order of the Stewards acting on veterinary advice (lame right fore). Before being allowed to race again, LUCKY BONUS will be subjected to an official veterinary examination.
CRIMSON HEART began awkwardly.
From the outside barrier, FUNNY FORTUNE was taken across behind runners shortly after the start.
After the 800 Metres, PERFECT CHARMING was taken out to a position three wide without cover by CRIMSON HEART which shifted out away from the heels of SPARKLING SWORD.
Rounding the Home Turn, CRIMSON HEART was awkwardly placed close to the heels of VALIANT TROJAN.
Approaching the 300 Metres, VALIANT TROJAN got its head on the side and shifted out towards the heels of PERFECT CHARMING.
Approaching and passing the 100 Metres, PERFECT CHARMING got its head on the side and lay in, resulting in its rider, T Angland, changing his whip into his right hand near the 50 Metres.
DOMINEER, LUGER and PERFECT CHARMING were sent for sampling.
