Racing Incident Report

From wide barriers, HEAVENISARACEHORSE, GALLANT TRIUMPH and HO IN ONE were all taken across behind runners shortly after the start.
After the 900 Metres, OWNERS’ PRIDE was awkwardly placed close to the heels of HARBOUR DELIGHT which was left racing wide and without cover.
After the 500 Metres, JOLLY FINE was steadied after attempting to improve between SUPREME FALCON and HARBOUR DELIGHT where there was insufficient room. After this, JOLLY FINE was awkwardly placed close to the heels of HARBOUR DELIGHT.
HARBOUR DELIGHT got its head on the side and lay out rounding the Home Turn.
FLYING IBIS was held up for clear running in the early part of the Straight.
At the 400 Metres, JUN GONG was shifted in away from the heels of GREEN ZONE to obtain clear running.
K Teetan (SUPREME FALCON) pleaded guilty to a charge of careless riding [Rule 100(1)] in that near the 250 Metres he permitted his mount to shift out when not clear of MASSIVE IMPACT, causing that horse to be checked and to lose the running to which it was rightfully entitled. K Teetan was suspended from riding in races for a period to expire on Monday, 16 December 2013 on which day he may resume race riding (3 Hong Kong racedays). This suspension shall commence on Thursday, 5 December 2013 on which day Jockey Teetan was due to resume race riding from a suspension incurred at the Happy Valley racemeeting last Wednesday, 6 November 2013.
NICE FOLKS was unable to obtain clear running until near the 200 Metres.
At the 100 Metres, OWNERS’ PRIDE was bumped by NICE FOLKS which shifted to the outside of SUPREME FALCON into clear running. Then over the concluding stages, OWNERS’ PRIDE was awkwardly placed outside the heels of NICE FOLKS.
Over the concluding stages, FLYING IBIS was awkwardly placed inside the heels of SICHUAN VIGOUR. Because of this, FLYING IBIS was not able to be ridden out to the finishing line.
SUPREME FALCON, HO IN ONE and JUN GONG were sent for sampling.
