Racing Incident Report

RUTHVEN shifted out at the start and bumped GREEN LUCK.
GLORIOUS DRAGON began awkwardly, shifted in and bumped the hindquarters of GLORIOUS ARTIST.
Shortly after the start, HAPPY DRAGON raced tight between BRAVE LEGEND and GOOD OMEN which shifted in,
From wide barriers, HIGH REV and MR SO AND SO were steadied in the early stages to obtain cover.
Passing the 250 Metres, HELENE CHARISMA momentarily raced in restricted room between GREEN LUCK and GLORIOUS ARTIST which shifted in.
Approaching the 200 Metres, GLORIOUS ARTIST was shifted in away from the heels of GOOD OMEN after being awkwardly placed behind that horse. GLORIOUS ARTIST was then shifted to the outside of GOOD OMEN near the 150 Metres as that horse shifted in under pressure.
Passing the 150 Metres, HELENE CHARISMA was checked away from the heels of HAPPY DRAGON which was giving ground.
When questioned, L Dettori stated that after obtaining a prominent position on HAPPY DRAGON in the early part of the race, the horse appeared to travel satisfactorily until the middle stages at which time it did not feel completely comfortable in its action. He said he placed HAPPY DRAGON under pressure prior to the 400 Metres, however, the horse did not let down and then was disappointing in the manner in which it weakened in the Straight. A veterinary inspection of and HAPPY DRAGON immediately following the race did not show any significant findings. Before being allowed to race again, HAPPY DRAGON will be subjected to an official veterinary examination.
A veterinary inspection of RUTHVEN immediately following the race revealed the horse to be displaying an irregular heart rhythm. Before being allowed to race again, RUTHVEN will be required to perform satisfactorily in a barrier trial and be subjected to an official veterinary examination.
HIGH REV, GLORIOUS DRAGON and THE HULK were sent for sampling.
