Racing Incident Report

MOONLIGHT VISTA began very awkwardly and got its head up, resulting the horse losing ground.
ENCOUNTERED was crowded for room on jumping between SUPER WINNER and GREAT BRILLIANT which was taken in by ESCAPE ROUTE.
MASTER HERO lost its left front plate on jumping.
GALLANT CROWN began awkwardly, shifted out and bumped KASA PAPA. After this, from a wide barrier, GALLANT CROWN was shifted across behind runners to obtain cover.
Also from a wide barrier, CAPTAIN WIN was steadied on jumping and shifted across behind runners.
Passing the 1300 Metres, HIGH CLOUD raced tight inside ENCOUNTERED which got its head on the side and shifted in away from GREAT BRILLIANT.
Approaching the turn near the 900 Metres, CAPTAIN WIN commenced to prove very difficult to settle and became unbalanced when being checked away from the heels of MOONLIGHT VISTA.
Making the first turn near the 900 Metres, KASA PAPA got its head up and lost ground when awkwardly placed behind HIGH CLOUD. KASA PAPA was then crowded for room approaching the 800 Metres inside ESCAPE ROUTE which was racing tight inside GREAT BRILLIANT which got its head on the side and lay in towards the heels of ENCOUNTERED which itself was racing tight between DECRYPT and KEEFY.
CAPTAIN WIN had some difficulty obtaining clear running passing the 350 Metres.
For the majority of the race, KEEFY travelled wide and without cover.
When questioned, R Maia (THE HULK) stated that passing the 700 Metres he heard a call from the rider of a horse either behind or inside THE HULK and therefore he had a look to his inside to ensure that he was not causing interference. He said then near the 650 Metres he heard a further call and once again he ascertained that he was not causing interference and therefore he allowed his mount to remain racing in its established position.
A veterinary inspection of MASTER HERO immediately following the race did not show any significant findings.
KEEFY and ESCAPE ROUTE were sent for sampling.
