Racing Incident Report

HARMONY AND RICH was withdrawn on 6.6.23 by order of the Stewards acting on veterinary advice (swollen left front leg). Before being allowed to race again, HARMONY AND RICH will be subjected to an official veterinary examination.
EQUALETTA BLITZ jumped only fairly.
ATOMIC ENERGY shifted out at the start and bumped KEEP YOU WARM.
GORGEOUS VITALITY jumped only fairly and from the outside barrier was shifted across behind runners in the early stages.
From a wide barrier, TORONADO PHANTOM was also shifted across behind runners in the early stages.
ATOMIC ENERGY raced ungenerously in the early and middle stages and making the first turn hung out.
KEEP YOU WARM lost its right hind plate near the 600 Metres.
Whilst the Stewards were satisfied that the riding of M Dee (TORONADO PHANTOM), 6th placegetter, over the concluding stages did not affect the horse’s finishing position, he was nonetheless reminded of his obligation to ensure that he fully rides his mounts out to the finish of the race.
After the race, the Veterinary Officer reported that HARMONY FIRE had bled from both nostrils.
A veterinary inspection of ATOMIC ENERGY immediately following the race did not show any significant findings.
SEASONS WIT and HARMONY N BLESSED were sent for sampling.
