1 6 LUCKY WITH YOU (E356) Was sent for sampling post-race.
2 4 FLYING ACE (G045) From a wide barrier was shifted across behind runners in the early stages. After the race, Z Purton stated that after entering the Home Straight and being held up, he then commenced to shift out to secure clear running near the 350 Metres. He said near the 300 Metres he contemplated improving into a tight run between DREAM WINNER and LUCKY WITH YOU, however, when he was concerned those runners may shift ground, he elected to continue to shift to the outside of LUCKY WITH YOU to secure clear running as there was a full run available. He added after committing to this run, LUCKY WITH YOU then shifted out which resulted in FLYING ACE having further difficulty in obtaining clear running between the 200 Metres and the 150 Metres. The Stewards found the tactics adopted by Jockey Purton were reasonable in the circumstances. Was sent for sampling post-race.
3 9 BUNDLE OF CHARM (G213) No report.
4 8 DREAM WINNER (H308) Raced wide and without cover for the majority of the event. Was sent for sampling post-race.
5 12 REWARD SMILE (H256) When questioned regarding REWARD SMILE being ridden in a forward position, A Badel stated that he was not given any specific instructions but after commencing well from a wide barrier he elected to continue forward and race outside the lead rather than being caught wide in the early stages.
6 3 BEAUTY CHARGE (G231) No report.
7 2 NORDIC DRAGON (G467) Was bumped at the start. A veterinary inspection immediately following the race did not show any significant findings.
8 1 PACKING TREADMILL (G161) Close to the line could not be ridden out when positioned close to DREAM WINNER.
