8 AMAZING BOY (D513) Was sent for sampling post-race.
9 PALACE PAL (G172) Was hampered on jumping.
6 M UNICORN (G466) Was reported to have an abrasion to the right hock on the morning of the race, was examined by the Veterinary Officer on arrival at Happy Valley Racecourse and passed suitable to race. Was crowded shortly after the start and then from a wide barrier was shifted across behind runners in the early stages. Approaching the 1400 Metres commenced to race keenly and was steadied to avoid AMAZING BOY as that runner was being shifted in. Was sent for sampling post-race.
5 WIN WIN FIGHTER (E347) From the 250 Metres until near the 100 Metres raced tight to the inside of TO INFINITY (K C Leung) when that runner shifted in whilst being ridden along and as a consequence TO INFINITY and WIN WIN FIGHTER made contact on a number of occasions. K C Leung was advised to exercise more care.
10 TO INFINITY (G277) Was bumped at the start. From the 550 Metres until the 400 Metres was held up behind E GLORY. Lay in in the Home Straight and bumped with WIN WIN FIGHTER on a number of occasions between the 250 Metres and the 100 Metres. K C Leung was warned in relation to using the whip forward of the saddle.
1 KASA PAPA (G312) From the outside barrier was shifted across behind runners in the early stages. Was held up making the Home Turn. After the 300 Metres became held up for clear running and near the 200 Metres was steadied when disappointed between SUPER BABY and MASTER TORNADO which shifted out. Was then shifted to the inside of MASTER TORNADO, but then became held up behind SNOWALOT for a short distance near the 100 Metres.
3 SNOWALOT (E397) No report.
4 SUPER BABY (G364) Shifted in and bumped TO INFINITY at the start.
2 MASTER TORNADO (G410) After the race, A Badel stated that whilst his mount raced outside the lead, he did not have to pressure it in the early stages to do so. He added when placed under pressure in the Home Straight MASTER TORNADO responded only fairly to his riding, may not have appreciated the "Yielding” track conditions and would derive benefit from tonight’s performance. A veterinary inspection immediately following the race did not show any significant findings.
12 HAPPIHOOD (H261) A veterinary inspection immediately following the race did not show any significant findings.
7 E GLORY (H304) Raced wide and without cover for the majority of the event. The performance of E GLORY, which finished tailed out, was considered unacceptable. Before being allowed to race again, E GLORY will be required to perform to the satisfaction of the Stewards in a barrier trial and be subjected to an official veterinary examination. A veterinary inspection immediately following the race did not show any significant findings.
