1 7 MEDIC ELITE (G129) Sent for sampling post-race.
2 11 MIGHTY STAR (G117) Jumped awkwardly and then from a wide barrier was shifted across behind runners in the early stages. Held up for a short distance on the Home Turn. Sent for sampling post-race.
3 2 SUPERB MOVE (G304) Sent for sampling post-race.
4 9 CHIRON (E151) From a wide barrier was shifted across behind runners in the early stages. For some distance near the 400 Metres was held up behind the weakening MISTER ARM.
5 10 FOXHUNTER WAY (E296) Jumped only fairly. In the Home Straight lay in and proved reluctant to shift to the outside of MEDIC ELITE in the early part of the Home Straight.
6 4 CHOICERUS (H029) Shifted out at the start and made contact with MISTER ARM. Near the 1200 Metres got its head up when being steadied away from HAPPIHOOD.
7 5 HAPPIHOOD (H261) No report.
8 6 HAPPY JAI JAI (E069) Raced wide and without cover for the majority of the event.
9 1 COURIER MAGIC (H290) Crowded on jumping by FAITHFUL TRINITY which shifted out. A veterinary inspection immediately following the race did not show any significant findings.
10 8 FAITHFUL TRINITY (A247) Shifted out at the start and was bumped. After the race, Apprentice E C W Wong reported that his instructions were to go forward, but after his mount commenced awkwardly, it did not show sufficient pace despite being ridden along. He said as a result he was unable to take up a forward position as instructed.
11 3 DAILY TROPHY (H283) After the race, B Avdulla reported that it was not his intention to lead, but from a favourable barrier when his mount commenced reasonably well, DAILY TROPHY was able to lead the event. However, B Avdulla could offer no explanation for DAILY TROPHY weakening in the Home Straight. A veterinary inspection immediately following the race which included an endoscopic examination showed a substantial amount of mucus in the horse’s trachea. The performance of DAILY TROPHY was considered to be disappointing as compared to its previous race starts. Before being allowed to race again, DAILY TROPHY will be required to perform to the satisfaction of the Stewards in a barrier trial and be subjected to an official veterinary examination. Noted to have lost its right hind plate after the race.
12 12 MISTER ARM (D491) Bumped at the start.
