4 H159  GOLDEN LUCK  26/06/2024   775  GOLDEN LUCK (H159) when questioned regarding his riding in the early stages and in particular the fast pace set, rider stated that the instructions were to hold a forward position and either lead or obtain cover if circumstances permitted. He said in the early stages when positioned to the outside of a runner, he was unable to obtain cover as he was positioned in advance of that horse and for that reason he elected to ride his mount forward to cross runners to his inside. He added as a consequence he was obliged to make use of his mount to cross those runners which resulted in a fast pace being set. He said after obtaining a position in advance and to the outside of another rider, he then continued to ride his mount forward to cross that runner as he was of the opinion that that runner would not contest the lead. Trainer confirmed that the instructions were to take up a forward position. After considering his explanation, the Stewards found the tactics adopted by rider were reasonable in the circumstances. Post-race vet inspection did not show any significant findings - Race 775.
5 G261  SAVVY CHIC  06/07/2024   805  SAVVY CHIC (G261) was withdrawn three days before raceday by order of the Stewards (inadvertent treatment). Has since passed an official vet exam - Race 805.
6 H423  UNISON  04/10/2023   72  UNISON (H423) was withdrawn three days before raceday by order of the Stewards on vet advice (lame left fore). Has since passed an official vet exam - Race 072.
7 H351  SO TREASURE  04/07/2024   799  SO TREASURE (H351) after the race, rider stated that his mount came under pressure from the 600M and did not finish the race off thereafter. Post-race vet inspection did not show any significant findings - Race 799.
