He added his mount made a respiratory noise during the running of the event. After the race was found to be a “roarer” which had previously been reported - Race 826.

After the event, rider stated that his mount travelled satisfactorily during the race and after initially providing some response to his riding in the early part of the Home Straight commenced to give ground after the 200M. Trainer advised that he had been pleased with the horse leading into the race but could offer no explanation in respect to its disappointing performance. Post-race vet inspection did not show any significant findings. Performance compared to its previous race starts was considered to be disappointing. Has since performed to the satisfaction of the Stewards in a barrier trial and passed an official vet exam - Race 112.

After the event, rider reported that his mount did not appreciate racing in amongst other horses, particularly in the middle stages when positioned to the inside of a runner. He said after being crowded near the 350M his mount failed to run on in the Home Straight thereafter. Post-race vet inspection did not show any significant findings - Race 241.
12 H027  STRONGEST BOY  20/11/2024   196  STRONGEST BOY (H027) near the 1500M was steadied to avoid a runner. Over the concluding stages could not be fully ridden out when placed in restricted room. After the event, rider stated that the instructions were to settle his mount where comfortable. He said in the early stages he was obliged to make some use of his mount to cross a runner which resulted in his mount having to be ridden slightly more forward than what he had anticipated. Post-race vet inspection did not show any significant findings - Race 196.
13 H297  RAGNARR  11/12/2024   253  RAGNARR (H297) from the outside barrier was shifted across behind runners in the early stages. Approaching the 500M, when racing keenly, was steadied to avoid a runner - Race 253.
14 H351  SO TREASURE  27/11/2024   217  SO TREASURE (H351) after the event, rider reported that after being shifted across behind runners from the outside barrier in the early stages, his mount did not travel well during the event and ran on only fairly in the Home Straight. Post-race vet inspection did not show any significant findings - Race 217.
