7 E397  SNOWALOT  12/02/2025   421  SNOWALOT (E397) the Stewards deferred the declaration of weighed-in whilst they considered as to whether the horse had been denied a fair start. After taking evidence from Trainer, rider and the Starter, the Stewards found that as the start was effected the horse lowered its head when being assisted by a starting gate handler. That then resulted in the horse jumping awkwardly and rider being dislodged from the horse. As the Stewards were satisfied that that incident occurred as the start was being effected, the horse was declared a runner. Barrier manners were considered unacceptable. Has since performed to the satisfaction of the Stewards in a barrier trial - Race 421.

Finished tailed out and performance was considered unacceptable. Has since performed to the satisfaction of the Stewards in a barrier trial and passed an official vet exam - Race 421.
