2 K131  PRESTIGE GOOD  02/04/2025   553  PRESTIGE GOOD (K131) lay in under pressure in the Home Straight. After the event, rider confirmed that from a wide barrier he was instructed to take up a forward position. Trainer confirmed the instructions issued - Race 553.
3 J079  VIVA GRACIOUSNESS  02/04/2025   558  VIVA GRACIOUSNESS (J079) when questioned, rider was unable to offer any explanation for his mount’s disappointing performance. Trainer stated that, in his opinion, the horse races best when able to dictate in front and that was the only explanation he could offer for the horse’s disappointing performance. Post-race vet inspection did not show any significant findings. Performance compared to its previous starts was considered to be disappointing. Has since performed to the satisfaction of the Stewards in a barrier trial and passed an official vet exam - Race 558.
4 H087  CAN'T GO WONG  09/04/2025   574  CAN'T GO WONG (H087) on jumping was bumped by a runner which shifted in. The horse then raced tight between two runners - Race 574.
5 G333  CAPITAL LEGEND  16/04/2025   593  CAPITAL LEGEND (G333) raced wide and without cover until the 900M where it commenced a forward move and was able to obtain the lead near the 700M - Race 593.
6 J377  MISSION STRIKE  30/03/2025   543  MISSION STRIKE (J377) jumped only fairly. After the event, rider stated that his mount travelled satisfactorily in the early stages. He added in the Home Straight his mount lay in and proved reluctant to shift out when endeavouring to obtain a narrow run. He said after making contact with a runner, his mount continued to lay in and was reluctant to improve between runners and finished the race off only fairly. In that incident, rider dropped his right rein for a number of strides. Post-race vet inspection did not show any significant findings - Race 543.

10 J074  ME TIME  09/04/2025   574  ME TIME (J074) shifted out at the start and was bumped. Leaving the 500M improved into a tight run between two runners and raced tight between those two runners thereafter. Near the 350M the horse, which continued to race tight, was checked when crowded between two runners. When questioned regarding his riding in the Home Straight, rider stated that near the 250M he observed a runner shift out slightly and another runner lay in. He said as a result he placed his mount under pressure with a view to improving between those two runners. He added when the 8th placegetter then commenced to give ground and shift out, he was obliged to check his mount leaving the 200M when disappointed for clear running between that runner and another runner. He said as a result his mount did not obtain clear running thereafter. Notwithstanding the fact that the 8th placegetter shifted out when giving ground, rider was advised that he should ensure there is sufficient room when improving into runs - Race 574.
11 E194  ARTHUR'S KINGDOM  16/04/2025   593  ARTHUR'S KINGDOM (E194) near the 1700M was briefly crowded. Leaving the 600M lay in and made contact with the running rail. After the event, rider stated that his mount was disadvantaged by being pressured in the middle stages when a runner made a forward move and as a result his mount did not finish the race off in the Home Straight. Post-race vet inspection did not show any significant findings - Race 593.
