After the race was examined by the vet who said an endoscopic exam showed a substantial amount of blood in the horse's trachea. Has since passed an official vet exam - Race 640.

He added his mount did not travel well throughout the event which he attributed to the visors being removed from the horse. He said, in his view, his mount would be better suited by being dropped back in distance and the reapplication of visors. Trainer confirmed the instructions issued. Post-race vet inspection did not show any significant findings – Race 650.

He said in the early stages when caught wide he elected to continue forward to take up a position outside the lead to avoid covering additional ground. He added that due to the wide barrier and having to make use of his mount to go forward the horse did not finish the race off in the Home Straight. Post-race vet inspection did not show any significant findings. The next day was reported to be lame in its left front leg. Has since passed an official vet exam - Race 367.
