After the event rider reported that his mount was disadvantaged by being obliged to race very wide and without cover for the majority of the event. He added that, together with the horse being up in weight, were the reasons for its disappointing performance. Post-race vet inspection did not show any significant findings - Race 771.

Near the 1100M made contact with a runner when positioned tight to the inside of that runner. After the event rider reported that with his mount coming back in distance to 1200M it did not travel well during the race and he recommended to connections to step it back up in distance for its next race start. Post-race vet inspection did not show any significant findings - Race 780.

After the event, rider reported that he was instructed to take up a forward position. Trainer confirmed the instructions issued. Following the race found that horse to have sustained a minor laceration to the right hind cannon - Race 558.
6 K150  AUTUMN VIBES  14/06/2025   758  AUTUMN VIBES (K150) jumped only fairly. Approaching the 900M was steadied to avoid a runner. Approaching the 150M was steadied when disappointed for clear running - Race 758.
7 K360  LIGHTNING ARROW  22/06/2025   769  LIGHTNING ARROW (K360) on jumping made contact with a runner after then bumped with another runner. Leaving the 800M was steadied. Approaching the 400M was steadied when disappointed for clear running and after making contact with a runner was shifted in to obtain clear running - Race 769.

10 K212  BILLION TWO  22/06/2025   773  BILLION TWO (K212) was withdrawn on raceday morning by order of the Stewards acting on vet advice (lame right hind). Has since passed an official vet exam - Race 773.
11 J392  CARRYON SMILING  08/06/2025   740  CARRYON SMILING (J392) when questioned regarding his riding from the 600M and if there was an opportunity to improve to the outside of the 5th placegetter, rider stated that he was given no specific instructions other than to settle where comfortable and give the horse a chance to run on in the Home Straight. He said after following that runner from the 600M he was reluctant to improve to that runner’s outside as he felt it was too soon to do so as his mount races best when held up for a late run in the Home Straight. He added that when the 6th placegetter improved to his outside near the 500M that then resulted in his mount being held up for clear running between the 450M and the 400M. He said after the 400M he then looked to improve to the inside of the 13th placegetter but when his mount did not respond to his riding and the 13th placegetter shifted in near the 300M he was then obliged to ease and shift to the outside of the 13th placegetter to continue into clear running. After considering his evidence rider agreed with the Stewards that in retrospect he should have shifted to the outside of the 5th placegetter approaching the 500M to provide his mount with a clear opportunity to improve into the race sooner than he was able to - Race 740.
