After the event rider stated that when his mount commenced only fairly he elected to ride it in a conservative manner in the early stages in accordance with the instructions. Trainer stated that rider was given the option of riding the horse in a conservative manner if it did not begin well. Post-race vet inspection did not show any significant findings - Race 788.

After the event rider stated that from the outside barrier he was obliged to make use of his mount in the early stages to cross to the lead. He said as a consequence the horse was left without a finishing effort when under pressure in the Home Straight. Post-race vet inspection did not show any significant findings. Performance as a last start winner was considered disappointing as compared to its previous race start. Has since performed to the satisfaction of the Stewards in a barrier trial and passed an official vet exam - Race 787.
