Background:
Hiroyasu Tanaka began as a jockey in 2006 and won the Queen Elizabeth II Commemorative Cup in 2009 aboard Queen Spumante before riding the same horse to finish 10th in the 2009 Hong Kong Cup at Sha Tin. He retired as a jockey in 2017 and rode over 100 winners. He began training in 2008 and tasted a first top-level success when Lemon Pop won the 2023 February Stakes. Rousham Park and Lebensstil, both Group 2 winners this year, are his other stable stars.
