Racing Incident Report
Before proceeding to the Start, the tongue tie on SAI KUNG STAR had to be refitted. On jumping, GOODWOOD was crowded for room between WINNING WAYS and BANK ON IT which left the gates a little awkwardly and shifted in. In the early stages, CARRY THE NEWS had a tendency to pull hard and get its head up. About the 800 Metres, CARRY THE NEWS, which was inclined to be racing with its head up, became unbalanced when momentarily crowded by CHIVAS LAD which was taken in by PERFECT SCORE (W C Marwing) which shifted ground to find cover behind SAI KUNG STAR. W C Marwing was reprimanded and told he must exercise much more care than this when shifting ground. BANK ON IT was sent for clinical veterinary examination and testing.
