Racing Incident Report
When the gates opened, BURST TO VICTORY got its head up and then was bumped by OLIVE OR TWIST which shifted out abruptly. As a result of this, BURST TO VICTORY got well back. On jumping, TELECOM BABE and BROWN BEAUTY bumped. AURELIAN began awkwardly and bumped the outside gate of its stall, then shortly afterwards was crowded for room by ABLE EAGLE which got its head on the side and shifted in after having begun awkwardly. In the early stages, ABLE EAGLE proved difficult to settle and making the turn at the 800 Metes got its head on the side and hung out. Near the 1200 Metres, BROWN BEAUTY was checked when crowded for room by AURELIAN which was taken in by ABLE EAGLE which shifted ground when proving difficult to settle. In the circumstances, the incident was deemed to be accidental. At the 800 Metres, COSMO STAR was steadied away from the heels of STRATEGUS which shifted in when only just clear. ON SHAN EXPRESS, which was following, got its head up and shifted out away from the heels of COSMO STAR. STRATEGUS and AURELIAN were sent for sampling.
