Racing Incident Report

KING ENCOSTA bounded in the air at the start and lost ground. FAT DRAGON was slow to begin and then despite being ridden along failed to muster speed. At the 1200 Metres, TOM’S SIX was steadied away from the heels of HAPPY ZERO (D Beadman) which shifted in when not quite clear. D Beadman was told to exercise greater care. After the 1200 Metres, WATCH WHAT HAPPENS, which was proving difficult to settle, got its head up when awkwardly placed close to the heels of HAPPY ZERO. At the 500 Metres, FLEET COMMAND, which was over-racing, was steadied away from the heels of FLORAL EL CUENTO. Rounding the Home Turn, TOM’S SIX was hampered and carried wider after being bumped on two occasions by FLORAL EL CUENTO (S K Sit) which was shifting out to obtain clear running. In consequence, FAT DRAGON was steadied away from the heels of TOM’S SIX. S K Sit was severely reprimanded and told to exercise greater care. At the 250 Metres, WALKONTHEWILDSIDE was brushed by FLEET COMMAND which shifted to the inside of WATCH WHAT HAPPENS to continue going forward. Over the concluding stages, HAPPY ZERO hung in. Throughout the race, MY CHOICE travelled wide and without cover. HAPPY ZERO and IRON FIST were sent for sampling.
